Perhaps everyone has, at one time or another, decried their own self-centred inability to think of something other than their own interests and perspectives. But not everyone gets to write and sing 'As a Door I'll break through to the other side'. For Jimmy, an inspiration who probably saw himself as a modern slave, but unfortunately did not stay alive..
